Aromatic Blend

Description

Who doesn’t enjoy that distinctive smell that wafts in when an aromatic blend walks the room. This small, original work is ready to hang by the coffee machine, above the kitchen sink or in a little sunny corner. It’s 30 x 30cm, acrylic on canvas and part of the coffee dogs series (that have gone off like a dog in a sock!).

Illustrator Bio

An awarded artist and author from Melbourne, Liz’s creative works are a celebration of life. Liz is an aspiring picture book author/illustrator who has written YA trade-published fiction and non-fiction, with one CBCA notable. She recently collaborated as illustrator with Aria nominated vocal group Coco’s Lunch, on a video clip for Baba Doo Lullaby. Her most recent YA work as author is This Is Not A Sad Book (but it’s okay to feel sad). Trained as a high school teacher with an MA in Creative writing, Liz has run all-age workshops, volunteered for CanTeen Vic, conducted research on the Out Of Home Care system and Prevention/Recovery Care Services with UniMelb, written for Kids’ Book Review and penned book chapters, academic articles and poemoir. She’s very glad to be able to contribute to this worthy cause.
