 All the Wheels Go Round and Round by Lara Porter Description “All the wheels go round and round” was awarded first place in the CYA Published Illustrators Awards 2024. The theme was “in motion” and Lara wanted to create a nostalgic scene of kids on various modes of kiddie transport that brought out the fun of a summer childhood. She loves creating playful, colourful digital illustrations with a traditional and textural feel. Lara's work has earned numerous illustration awards and she has illustrated three published picture books. Her most recent book will be released in August 2026, titled “Howl-o-ween” written by Emma Bowd and published by Penguin Random House.
